BAGS OF SUPPORT AND HARRIS FARM MARKETS TEAM UP TO SUPPORT GO RESEARCH FUND
‘Bags of Support’, the suppliers of the ecoFriendly Fruit & Veggie Bag, together with Harris Farm Markets NSW have come together to raise awareness and funds for the GO Research Fund.
Jennifer McCann, gynaecological cancer sufferer who started ‘Bags of Support’ will donate 10% of sales (excluding Harris Farm Markets) to the GO Research Fund.
Harris Farm Markets will donate 20c from every bag sold through their NSW retail outlets.
Harris Farm Markets also kindly donated $1.00 per bunch from the sale of Gerbera’s during the month of February, Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.
The GO Research Fund urges you to get behind this worthwhile project whilst helping to save the environment.
The ecoFriendly bags can be used at the supermarket in place of plastic bags for all your produce. You can even buy and weigh your fruit and veggies in your ecoFriendly bags.
The bags are made of strong hygienic mesh fabric and large enough to hold over 3kg of produce. That's over 15 Granny Smith apples! You can then wash your fruit and veggies right in the bag.
Keep your ecoFriendly Fruit & Veggie Bags with your reusable shopping bags and take them with you each time you visit the supermarket. You will be helping reduce our use of plastic bags with every visit to the shops.
Our ecological bags also have a hundred and one other uses - keep small toys tidy, paints & pencils for school or art class - in fact we think they should also be called the ecoFriendly Bits & Pieces Bag.
